One of Lucas Real Estate's longest-serving team members, Joy is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of Docklands' NewQuay Marina, along with providing assistance to our busy Commercial division.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality business and a long-term passion for property, Joy's open and honest communication style ensures every client enjoys an exceptional level of service.

An integral member of the Lucas team, Joy is renowned for her wit and sense of fun. Joy utilises these skills in coordinating social events for our team.

Outside of work, Joy loves spending time with her adult family, travelling to new and exotic destinations and trying out the latest restaurants.
