Residential Tenancy Lease
This is a legal contract between you and your landlord outlining your obligations under your Tenancy. After your lease term expires, your Tenancy will continue on a month-by-month basis unless otherwise advised.
Condition Report
This outlines the condition of the property at the commencement of your Tenancy for reference upon vacation of the property to assess whether any damage has occurred prior to refund of your bond. It is vital that this document be returned to your Property Manager within 3 working days from the commencement of your lease.
Gas, Electricity & Telephone Connection

Rent
Your monthly rental amount will be set out in your Lease for monthly payment in advance via our easy on-line payment system. Simply click the Pay Rent Now tab, located on the Home Page.
Routine Inspections
Property inspections will be carried out by your Property Manager every 6 months and will be arranged in advance.
