My apartment was leased in less than a week. Eva quickly arranged for photos to be taken as soon as I gave the go-ahead and the listing was available the following day. The OFI generated interest above my expectations and we found a suitable tenant right away. Eva completed the due diligence check and I knew my apartment would be in safe hands. The condition of my apartment was thoroughly checked and issues were quickly highlighted and tended to, ensuring not only is my property well maintained but also making sure the tenant is equally looked after.
