These awards are a real testament to the hard work and dedication by every person in our team. I think it’s safe to say, there were many obstacles to overcome in 2020. During a time of great uncertainty, instead of panicking, our team did the exact opposite. By adapting quickly and evolving with the ever-changing legislations, we ensured our landlord’s investments were not vacant too long, properties selling stayed in the limelight, and those on the market found their perfect place to call home.

With no in person inspections during our lockdowns, instead of just waiting for restrictions to ease, we changed the way we worked. We perfected our virtual appraisals and conducted inspections virtually that still retained the highlights and most valuable features of every property. This meant the properties transacted throughout our lockdowns still met both vendor’s and buyer's prerequisites.
