About The Role:
As an integral driving force of our marketing team, you will oversee the coordination, administration, and production of marketing materials. Working closely with all key business units, this role involves executing marketing plans and strategy to meet business marketing goals. The position requires a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure that all marketing activities are completed promptly and to a high standard. This is a position for some who has a genuine interest in real estate/ property and a passion for marketing that can truly drive creativity. The Real Estate market is dynamic so the ability to adapt to changes and new trends quickly is important in staying competitive and hence vital for this role!
The successful candidate with possess:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer literacy in MS Office and Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign/Illustrator)
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions or company needs
What are your responsibilities?
- Assist in the development and execution of agent and brand marketing across the Lucas Group.
- Support & enhance the corporate social media strategy.
- Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand identity in line with brand guidelines.
- Social media management.
- Source & liaise with external suppliers for marketing collateral.
- Manage and develop relationships with our suppliers & external partners.
- Manage design elements for onboarding of new employees (Eg. business cards, profiles etc)
- Collaborate with the asset management team on marketing initiatives and leasing collateral.
- Website development, maintenance & improvement
- Ad hoc administration including support to the directors, management team & wider team.
Note while this is a maternity leave cover position, there is potential for ongoing employment opportunity.
